Worldwide Shipping

We deliver to all countries, excluding Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen. 


The shipping address needs to be in English and we highly recommend you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.


A phone number is needed for delivery purposes. Please note that the phone number needs to be the recipient's actual phone number and it has to be a local phone number in the end destination country.


Shipping to Brazil

When shipping parcels to Brazil, it is mandatory to include the recipient's locally registered tax number on both the waybill and invoice, regardless of the parcel's value and weight. Please ensure that you provide the VAT Number (CNPJ or CPF Number) accurately.

Shipping for Pre-Ordered items

When pre-ordered items are released, they will be shipped referring to the estimated ship date shown on the product page in our online shop. Please be aware that the shipping date might be different from the estimated time shown on the product page more or less. We will do everything within our power to ensure the pre-ordered products are delivered in a timely manner; however, unforeseen delays due to third-party shipping providers are out of our control and we will not be held responsible for any shipping delays that may arise. 


Customs Clearances & Taxes for International Shipping

Please note that for international orders, there may be occasional delays of an additional week or two as customs clearance is processed. Moreover, some countries charge extra taxes and handling fees when importing goods. Please be aware of your country's import tax policies as you may be required to pay taxes upon the import of your items, especially if you live outside of the USA.
